A mile from the coast at Cuckmere Haven, an unspoilt beach with a rich wildlife and within 10 miles are Eastbourne, Glyndebourne and Lewes and Seaford. The Barns are well located for business guests and for short breaks away to enjoy walks and escape from a busy lifestyle.

Monks Granary Barn and Old Manor House Pig Barn are a well crafted restoration of grade 2 listed barns with great character. The under slate floor heating and antique pine furniture are complemented by a fitted oak kitchen facility. In the kitchen area is a clothes washer/dryer, electric fan oven and grill, dish washer, larder fridge with small icebox, micowave, gas hob, toaster, kettle and sink with drainer. There is a hairdryer in the bedroom. They are really cosy hideaways in the woods. Outside on your private terrace is a bbq(can be used as a firepit) and sun umbrella and seating for those warm south coast evenings after a walk or cycle in Friston Forest or to the sea at Cuckmere Haven in the Seven Sisters Country Park. There is a private drive to the cottages from opposite the church. Both have a King size Double bedroom facing south, a sitting room with kitchen and dining table and a bathroom with overbath shower.  The sitting area has a 32 Flatscreen Freesat Smat TV, DVD and CD players. Free Superfast Fibre WiFi is in the barns. There is off street parking with level access to the barn.

Quebec Barn is an Award winning design to the old farm flint barn.  A King size Double bedroom, a Single converts to a full size Twin bedroom and a Double sofa bed in the sitting room host up to 6 people.  A separate kitchen area overlooks the chuch in the centre of the Village. The barn has all the facilities of our other barns.  It also has a log burner to enjoy while you curl up on the sofa and enjoy a book or watch the 32" Flatscreen Freesat Smart TV. Limewashed Georgian trusses, oak floors with under-floor heating, and leather soft seating create a calm and luxury set in the middle of the South Downs landscape.  There are steps up from the small outside sitting area with its own table and chairs.
